At Yours Truly, we aim to deliver your custom-printed books smoothly and on time. Here’s what you need to know:

 

Order Processing:

Printing and binding take 2-3 business days. Delays, if any, will be communicated.

 

Delivery Times:

Domestic:

• Standard: 5–10 business days after printing.

• Express: 3–5 business days (extra charge).

International:

• Standard: 14–16 business days after printing.

• Express: 7–8 business days (extra charge).

Delivery times may vary due to location, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Charges:

• Domestic: Calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

• International: Competitive rates displayed during checkout.

 

Tracking & Packaging:

A tracking number will be shared after dispatch. Books are securely packaged to prevent damage. Report any damages immediately with photos.

 

Address & Updates:

Ensure the delivery address is correct. Updates can be made within 24 hours of ordering. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.

 

Delays & Undeliverable Packages:

Unforeseen delays may occur. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability will require additional charges for re-delivery.
